My name is Peter Frank Womack Johannesen Osisi, and I reside at flat #10 of Simcha apartments, located at 2724 Mayfield Road.  I write on behalf of our अΣO אن冬宮, Asona Ashram.

We are informed you have concerns regarding current living arrangements at #10 of Simcha Apartments.  We are informed that these concerns specifically pertain to the perception of “subletters” residing within these facilities.  This correspondence is provided to facilitate proficient reconciliation regarding these circumstances.

Our अΣO אن冬宮 is currently utilising the facilities of 2724 Mayfield Road #10 as short-term, interim facilities.  Our अΣO אن冬宮 is a pluralistic, diverse community gathering centre.  We are a collective of families and friends from different religions, ethnicities, nations, cultures, languages, and additional backgrounds.  We adhere to principles of compassion, benevolence, Peace, understanding, and cooperation;  as well as hospitality.  Thus, we are obligated to provide what we are able when someone is in need, including shelter.  And this is what we do.

It is understandable that some may perceive these practises as violating an initial lease agreement. However, such proclaimed restrictions regarding the number of occupants can be readily dismissed on the basis of basic contractual law, US constitutional law, international human rights law, Torah, respective teachings from additional religious traditions, and additionally.

We can provide that the number of individuals within the flat, at any given point, abstains from causing any immediate fire hazard or health hazard.  Precautions are taken to protect the safety of additional residents within the building.  And the premises are maintained in a proficiently tidy manner.

The members here abstain from providing any monetary compensation for any duration of stay here.  Thus, there is an absence of any “subletting.”

We are informed of your intention to speak with me regarding these circumstances.  And you are welcome within our अΣO אن冬宮;  however, if you are interested in specifically discussing these circumstances, we suggest the scheduling of a meeting within a nearby, “neutral” venue.  This is because we recently receive a number of threats, intrusions, and hostile aggression from a number of individuals aligned with your organisation.  And such hostility is unwelcome within our अΣO אن冬宮. 

We also emphasise that this is an issue that reaches beyond the scope of the individual tenant/building management context.  This is an interreligious and international situation that requires appropriate reconciliation accordingly. Thus, it seems prudent that any such meeting be arranged with this being recognised.

We are without the intention of being disruptive to the operations of Simcha apartments, JFSA, or the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.  We are without the intention of establishing any long term squatting claims to this flat or any of the facilities of Simcha apartments.  Our intention is actually to relocate, within the near future, to a nearby residential house; where the arrangements are increasingly mutually amenable, and where the facilities are increasingly conducive to the operations of our अΣO אن冬宮. This correspondence is simply a reply to the direct threats that we recently receive (including threats made on the behalf of JFSA and the Jewish Federation of Cleveland).

Indeed, there is appreciation for the accommodations that the Jewish Federation of Cleveland and JFSA facilitate over the past 4 years and continually, to Peter Frank Womack Johannesen Osisi and additional individuals.  And we are interested in maintaining and growing this positive relationship whilst we respectively, and collectively, fulfil our respective and collective benevolent responsibilities and purposes, as the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, as JFSA, and as our अΣO אن冬宮.
